Website Ownership

Our clients maintain 100% ownership of their website files and have complete secure 24/7 access to these files. We are confident our clients will stay with us for our level of service, great price, and quality of work. However, if they choose to go elsewhere for any reason in the future, we do not put up roadblocks such as holding their files hostage. Please note that if you decide to move your website elsewhere, your files will be permanently deleted after 60 days from our servers.

Domain Name Ownership

Your domain is your e-business identity. In the lifespan of your business it is the most valuable digital commodity you own. As such we do not hold in trust our client’s domains, unless they ask us to. We provide secure domain name registration and management solutions by partnering with the Web’s most proven and trusted domain technologies companies. Our clients have access 24/7 to their domains and always are able to make edits to their contact info or any other records pertaining to their domains. DNS Wave, our registration service, provides full DNS control of your domain names.

Privacy

All information you share with TCK Media is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to a 3rd party, unless required by law through a court-order. We feel strongly that privacy, confidentiality and security play very critical roles in the life of any business. As such our policy is very strict in this respect. No third party will have access to your Web files or statistics. Your email is only accessed by you and is for your eyes only.
