Payment Terms

We appreciate you patronage and hope to work together for the betterment of your business. We have put together this page in order to help our clients understand how we accept and process payments and to ensure the optimum operation of our services.

Payment Schedule

Payment is due within 10 days of invoicing unless otherwise indicated.

With the exemption of monthly services, and new complex and/or long-term projects, most projects are paid in 2 or 3 steps: 1) retainer prior to start; 2) any consulting fees, site plan composition, etc.; 3) balance upon completion of project. Amounts and schedule will be provided in detail ahead of time to the client in the project proposal.

Payment Methods

Interac e-Transfer – www.interac.ca – Interac is a safe, secure, and very convenient way to send money from your bank account just with the recipient’s email address. To pay with Interac to TCK Media, please use the email address sales[ @ ]tckmedia.com (remove the square brackets, [  ], and spaces). The banking institution is TD Canada Trust. Make sure to send us an email (to the same email address) with the security text you entered upon sending the payment.

PayPal – www.paypal.com – PayPal is a secure online payment processor that allows you to pay with a credit card with or without a PayPal account. You can also open a PayPal account, link it to your credit card and bank account to make secure online purchases and payments without having to enter your credit card info at the merchant’s website. But that is optional.

Wire Transfer – We also accept wire transfers, also known as direct bank deposits. Please contact us for more information.

For USD Payments Only:

Stripewww.stripe.com – Stripe is a payment technology leader. You can pay with credit card from anywhere in the world and rest assured with industry leading security from Stripe.

Escrowwww.escrow.com – For large payments, we accept Escrow.com which protects both the buyer and seller. Payment is deposited in an escrow account and not released to the seller until the buyer receives and approves the scheduled deliverables as per contract. In such a case, a retainer may be required using one of the above methods.
